Returns & Exchanges
We appreciate and adore our Strut Nation fashionistas and your satisfaction is very important to us! We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations or was damaged during shipping, will we gladly accept any one item per purchase for exchange.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. We do not accept exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a sale. We also do not accept exchanges on undergarments, swimwear or bodysuits. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable are denied. Any exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. We do not exchange for brand new arrivals.
Please contact us immediately of any damages to the product or if you wish to exchange an item. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Once your return parcel is received, processing time is 7-10 business days to process your exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the exchange has been processed.
